Our washer was making horrible noises so we called Octopus Royal to see about getting it fixed. Our tech was amazing and diagnosed the problem right away. They ordered the part and he came back to install it. When he opened up the washer, though, everything was reeeaaallly broken. He advised us not to fix the current washer and to get a new one. He then refunded the money we paid for the part and helped us carry our washing machine pieces to the garage. We were so impressed with his assistance and honesty. Great job, Octopus Royal. We will use you again!

We have used Mr. Rooter Woodbridge many times as our house is somewhat cursed with plumbing issues. Today's visit was for a leak below our shower. Kelly arrived promptly, immediately knew what the problem was and saved us time, stress and unnecessary costs. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful ( he even called after he left to hive me info about the sealing around the faucet). Kelly is amazing and deserves major kudos - he is a true plumbing pro! Thank you again for saving the day!

We were looking for someone to fix our garage and install new doors. We knew there were structural issues with our garage itself (as our old doors had pulled right out of the drywall where they were connected). We wanted someone with the expertise to fix all the issues and to install new garage doors (and a new garage door opener). Maple Leaf to the rescue! Steve was extremely professional and helpful. He fixed all the structural problems and installed two very nice looking garage doors and one new opener. He did it all efficiently and everything looks just wonderful. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

We were looking for a duct-cleaning company to clean out our ducts (we had been noticing that our allergies were worse than ever before). We did our research and found 416-So-Clean. They were amazing! Right from the very start, they were courteous, prompt and professional. The two gentlemen who cleaned the ducts were extremely efficient and very polite. The lady who scheduled the appointment was fantastic and on the ball. You guys do a great job and should be proud! We passed along your information to our family and they'll be calling soon!

We were looking for a company to make our backyard into a bit of an oasis. We found some excellent reviews of Royal Stone here, so we decided to go with them. We are SO pleased! Not only did they get the entire job done in ONE day (you read that right!), but they also cleaned up and went above and beyond our expectations. John was an amazing project manager. He gave us great advice about which products to use and he was really easy to work with. We will definitely be calling them back next year to do the front yard! Thanks, Royal Stone!

We came home to find our basement floor absolutely saturated with water. After calling several plumbers, we found Mr.Rooter. The dispatcher was awesome, and our plumber was amazing! He arrived at 1130 pm and didn't leave until almost 2am. Fardhin was so polite, professional and all around terrific. We really appreciated his skills and expertise! Ten stars for sure.

Our dishwasher randomly stopped working and my highly non-technical husband and non-technical self couldn't figure out why. Matt came over and took a look and found the culprit: a wayward fork. Thanks to him, we now have a fully functional dishwasher again! Matt was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me a few pointers about how to make our dishwasher more efficient and all-around awesome. I would totally use this company again.

We just had our basement finished this summer, and we assumed our ducts would be full of debris. I heard wonderful things about The Duct Cleaning Specialists, so I made an appointment. From the very beginning, they were easy to work with, professional and all-around awesome! But it gets better! The two duct specialists (Paul & Jonathan) arrived at my place right on time. They went to inspect the furnace and came back upstairs pretty quickly. They asked if I wanted the good news or bad news first. The 'bad' news was that the system was actually really clean - they didn't feel I needed any duct cleaning at all. I was blown away. They could've easily done the job. They could've charged me the initial quote. Even though it wasn't needed, how would I have known any different? Instead, they were totally honest. They charged me for a visit (a service charge) and (again, because they're fantastic) they cleaned all the registers, my furnace filter, the humidifier...etc. I was sooooo impressed. When we DO need our ducts cleaned, or any other service on our HVAC system, you'd better believe I'll be calling these guys. This is how you run a business! Ten stars all the way. Invoice A1097

My husband and I are thrilled with the job Eli and his team did completing our basement. It looks absolutely amazing! Eli was a pleasure to work with (always accessible by phone, always kept us in the loop about what was happening next). And the contractors were extremely professional and helpful ( special shout out to Christian). I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. If we ever have renovations in the future, we know who to contact! Thanks again for a great experience!

Overall, our Leon's experience was an extremely positive one. The salesman was very knowledgeable and kind, the cashier was polite and the delivery guys were phenomenal. They really went out of their way to deliver the items we purchased carefully (we just moved into a new home and were a little nervous about damage to the floor). These guys are pros and I would recommend them any day.

These guys were great! They were fast, friendly, and the air conditioner works perfectly. Also, they were early. Boris was a pleasure to work with - very professional. Ten stars! Great job, guys. :)

My fiance and I had a bit of a complicated move - we had to get his house packed up, and then pick up stuff that I had been storing at my parents' house. We looked long and hard for a mover, and we are SO happy we found Arby Cartage. These guys were: * Early (so awesome!) * Kind, courteous and very friendly * Careful (they didn't ding or damage ANYTHING) * Fairly priced (friends have told us what they paid; these guys are absoutely amazing) I have already recommended them to several friends (who aren't moving yet, but will be at some point!). I would give them 20 stars if I was able to. It was such a stress-free and perfect move. Awesome job, guys!
