I hired Chico and his crew for two jobs. The first was waterproofing a basement wall from the outside. The job was in a tight space underneath a back porch. His crew did a great job in very tight quarters. The second job was in November 2019 when I had Chico come back to lay a concrete pad around the side of my house and parge the side wall. It looks fantastic. The clean up afterwards was perfect. Chico responds to texts and phone calls immediately and regularly comes out to the job site to make sure everything is going well. He is easy to deal with, fair, reliable and accountable. I would definitely recommend him.

I hired Shents Renos to build a new shed on our property. I wanted the shed to have some “curb appeal” as it was part of my driveway and visible to the street. Stuart was very easy to work with and offered good advice and suggestions. The carpenter team of Luis and John were great – always arriving on time, doing solid work and leaving the site clean. Stuart reacted to changes quickly during the build and in the end I got exactly what I wanted at the price I was quoted. I wouldn’t hesitate using Shents for future jobs.

I recently had my front porch replaced by Palmeri Construction. Gabriel quoted the job quickly and accurately. He showed up on time and worked through some bad weather to finish on time as well. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when he was done. Although it was a pretty straightforward job, Gabriel added a few creative design touches to improve the look. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. I would definitely use their services again.
