I have roof leaking issue around the siding of a metal chimney on the roof. I contacted Maxima and the owner Gennadiy respond quickly and also send his siding installer to check up the site and provided the solution. He rewrap the chimney from top to bottom. The work is difficult as there is no much space between the chimney and edge of roof. The work is still done on quality, actually very good quality and professional installation at reasonable price. More than the jobs, the company also left additional assessment about other issues on the roof and also they provided me another good contractor who can fix it. I would say Maxima is a professional company, no matter from the perspectives of the business honor or the quality of the work. I am very confident to introduce this company to other friends and neighbors. Thank you very much, Gennadiy and his team. Keep great works to the local community and your business will grow as well.

Bradley's Eco Team came on time and they are very polite. They helped to add baffles and top up attic insulation to R60. Also they sealed the attic entry and re-insulate the cover. After the job is done, they cleaned the working area. Very professional works. Thank you very much.

This is 2nd time for me to work with P&P for home renovation. 5 years ago, they finished my basement. This time, I quota few times with Mr. Perera since the whole job (2 big bathrooms plus closet area re-lay out) was a little complicate to me. Natanael visited my home for several times and patiently understood my thoughts. He contributed his ideas as well to make the whole plan even better. Based on the great experience in the past and the process of quotation, I eventually set the firm decision to hire P&P again. Nantanael and his crew (Maricio and Antonio) always came on time, covered all the hall way and stairs and cleaned the work site as much as they can before they left. They were very easy to work with and worked professionally. After 5 weeks, I got the expected result, I would say exceed my expectation – 2 new big master rooms (shower + tub) and also extend to have an additional work office room, with great quality and nice design. They even fixed the doors in my master bed room. After works, I raised few minor concerns that I even didn't care about much myself and I just expect they can drop by when they are not busy. But I couldn't believe Maricio just came back after one day and fixed the things quickly. I think all I did is that I made a right decision to hire the right contractor to get the job done right. I am very lucky that Johnny is close by and he came quickly after I contacted him for the garage door issue. He is very kind and patient. He checked my garage door and soon determined the root cause on the broken torsion spring that I did not notice at all. He replaced the spring and checked almost every part of the system. He adjusted the alignments of bar/cable/wheels and etc. carefully until he ensured that the door was working smoothly and safely. I watched the whole processes he was working. Not only he tried the best to perfect his job but also ensured the processes were secured and in safe. In addition, he serviced my garage door which I did not ask. He also introduced and taught me the routine procedure to maintain the garage door. At last, he tidied up the tools and cleaned the work site. I'm very satisfied with his service and I would say he is the one can be trusted and relied on. I definitely will recommend him to my friends.
