George and Matt did a great job, cared about their work and were a pleasure to deal with. Domenic was very helpful and always responsive from quote to completion. If I could give MMT/Mario 11 /10 stars I would. They have done foundation repairs outside and in on a couple of jobs. All were done with care, quality and follow-up if needed - leaving us with peace of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending MMT/Mario for waterproofing jobs.

Yes, he is busy, yes it may take a little patience for a call back, etc., however in the end, Andrew/ReLeaf keeps their word, does excellent work and is competitively priced. So yes, I would recommend!

My email to Sam at Concrete Epoxy 101 on July 17, 2023: After numerous attempts to get in touch by emails, texts, and calls, I did not expect to be hung up on when I called you this morning from my other line - once you knew that it was me. When I first contacted you in April about the crumbling of the floor /epoxy in the garage (after less than 2 years since it was done), you did reply in an email and said of course this shouldn't happen and that you'll come by to have a look. Now, it's July. I don't understand why you would hang up on me. If you do not want to repair this or stand by the warranty, perhaps that's why you've been avoiding my calls, etc. It's extremely upsetting that you would just hang up. I was very patient and understanding, waiting these four months. I see that you're replying to Google reviews, and that jobs have been taking place. Replying here to say what the issue is - you never bothered to reply to my calls or emails and saying it is not covered - this is purely an assumption on your part since you did not take the time to come by as promised to determine why after just 2 years it began to crumble off. This is all very disappointing because when Sam was here to quote on and did the job, I put my full trust in them.

When I contacted Express Paving after the driveway was paved (communication was always excellent), I noticed some cracks and stretch marks. I was told not to worry as its just on the very surface and will not cause any issues. Very helpful and easy to deal with - Sammy returned and heat sealed some areas with a blow torch. After completed, I noticed and contacted them with concerns that these patches where it was done were very visible (2 photos of driveway: a few days after paving done and then heat sealed), I was told that these marks will fade away soon. So, keeping this in mind, my review of this job is positive. This entailed removal of some interlock stones and the asphalt paving. Express Paving's work was done in good time, they were reliable, worked hard, and Tim and Sammy were always very responsive. Thank you.

All Gutters and downspouts checked and cleaned. On time, job well done and good communication.

First off, I have to say that I believe Jay really does care about his work and the service that he provides. The area cleaned had water and dirt enter from an outside leak. Jay removed the underpadding in this section and edges and replaced both and then cleaned the carpet. It is about 75% better now. My only comment is that I see that now there are what appears to be water stains on my stairs from the cleaning. This of course, is not great. It took about a full day for the carpet to dry, perhaps too much water was applied or the vacuuming up of all excess water was not sufficient/ strong enough. And when I noticed lots of buckling on the carpet, I asked Jay about this. Fortunately, it went down - I did not know that this usually happens - if there is a lot of moisture/water when cleaning. It would have been helpful and put my mind at ease to have heard back when I asked about this. Other than the water stains now on my stairs (which I'll now need to tackle on my own), Jay worked hard on the small area and it is better than before.

A couple of visits for two different jobs. The first was water leaking (came from upstairs bathroom) in the kitchen walls (help!). In no time Devin determined the cause and fixed it. The second, disconnected waterline from fridge, and sealed the pipe. Experienced, reliable, fair and honest.

There were issues on a job that was recently done. The owner of the company followed up and looked after it. This made a big difference in how I view them. In addition to being responsive they are competitively priced.

Blocked downspout - Gitano Roofing (they also did my roof two years ago), dismantled, cleaned and secured it back on. The cost was half vs. a new one. Slavik did a great job (he even saved a bird's nest that was secured on the downspout). Fast, reliable and quality work. I would recommend them.

My wall to wall carpet in the basement/den had several buckles/ripples and needed to be stretched. Mark and the other person moved the furniture, worked quickly, efficiently, were very easy to deal and got the job the done, and at a very fair price Yes, I would recommend Miller Flooring.

Last fall the foundation was repaired on the side of our home. In doing so after excavation and completion, I was told that there may be a settling of the earth and if this occurred to let them know in the spring. Sure enough this was the case. When I called and provided photos, a couple of bags of soil was brought in and secured in the area right away. Great service from start to finish. Thank you.

I am providing an update from a few months ago when my roof/shingles were installed. Lewis was v. helpful when just recently a drain pipe came loose and had to be secured back on the roof. Very accommodating and Chris came and fixed it very soon after my call. Thank you. original review.. Gitano staff and the service were very good. They followed through on all expectations and delivered as promised. The price quoted was very fair and competitive as well. Yes, I would recommend them.
