Steven guided us through the Approvals process, helped us find a really excellent contractor and helped us with the designs as well including the selection of interior finishes including floorings,countertop finishes, appliances, bathroom fittings etc. In this regard he brought us to many showrooms to assist this process. Steven has not just been a drafting and approvals service but our renovations advisor every step of the way. The scope of the work included permit drawings,new kitchen and open concept design, new basement design, new exterior deck and walk out . He has given us excellent service and continues to do so
