I posted my quote request, and within a few hours, Nick responded. He even came out the same day. Nick is a pleasure to deal with and answered my many questions. I had tried to get the door replaced for a while, as I had for many years, a manual wooden garage door that was getting stuck and I couldn't get out. I had just about given up. I received a couple of quotes but Royal Garage Dooors beat all other quotes considerably. The door was installed within a few days. No mess left behind, and happy with the new garage door and garage door opener. A few days later I heard some clunking as the door was lifting and called Nick. He came out the same day to check and correct the issue. Nick is the epitome of excellent customer service. Thank you, Nick, for your patience, and especially, for making everything so easy and smooth for me!

This review is a long time in coming, for which I apologize. I had water coming in where the tie rod holes (3) are in the basement (foundation). As well as two existing cracks on the opposing wall, which worried me. Mariuzs was great and explained the whole process, no matter how many questions I asked. I don't take anything for a given. He is very personable. The crew came in and the job was finished within the day. The one area was a difficult area to work in. They were great in moving the standup freezer and the dryer and everything was put back into place beautifully and well cleaned up. A good warranty and transferable. Very happy with the work and highly recommend.

This review is a long time in coming, for which I apologize. 4 years ago I had half my windows done by Ambia. This spring (April) I had the balance of the windows done (9 of them) plus the front door and sidelight. The crew were great, easy to speak to and answer questions. They did a great job, all in one day. Thankfully, as it snowed the next day. The aftermath was cleaned up nicely. Jimmy, my rep, was great and had the patience of a saint :). He was extremely helpful and always ready to answer my million and one questions. I highly recommend Ambia. Prices are reasonable and very easy to deal with.

I have had a furnace maintenance and protection plan with Direct Energy/Enercare since I moved here over 12 years ago. I can say that the techs are very friendly and professional. With this last maintenance check, my furnace was emitting carbon monoxide. Time for a new furnace. A Sales Rep came to quote. I was floored with the price...it wasn't doable. It's a crime to charge so much in a country where heating is a necessity in the winter. I went with someone else that was recommended by a colleague. $7500 cheaper. I tried to cancel my plan by phone but was told I had one of two options, pay it monthly until my yearly contract is up in August of next year, or pay it all in one lump sum. You call those options. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was as high as I could get. Really?? I sent an email to their customer care on October 17th, and I know they read it, and have yet to receive a response. Even though it is a yearly plan, I did not sign anything. Please don't use these people...they don't care about their loyal clients...the mighty dollar is all that counts!
