We had decided to replace the boiler system in a renovation. The assessment company told me where the problem areas were: basically a sheet above the boiler and paper wrappings around the pipes. Marcello was very prompt, responded to my email with a quote the next day and showed up the next day to give a detailed estimate. Both Marcello and his men addressed our concerns about safety and procedures to our satisfaction. He was willing to adjust his schedule to doing the work in the early evening as I had other work being done on that Saturday.
