Ash seemed like a knowledgeable person and regularly kept me posted on arrival. staff came on time since they were nearby. Issue was that they came end of the day and techs needed the manual to troubleshoot the problem. Took over 30 mins to diagnose leak was the cause. Wanted them to run a leak test but was already end of the day. Had 2 wait 2 days on record heatwave days. I couldnt wait and called another tech and pains another on-site fee. Other company had it running temporarily and put temp bypass to forgo control board. Got it up and running in 30 mins. In addition evaporator coil was leaky and needed replacement. Expensive repair but cant deny the results. Also, didnt get the invoice but paid taxes. Still waiting for it.

Initially spoke to Joe, he seemed like a good guy. The rates were good came on time, professional. Took their time. Did all the ducts and registers as promised. I would definitely recommend.

Initially spoke, on the phone, to Victor and he seemed like a great guy. I was expecting to be dealing with him but instead booking, measurement and installation was done by Zeev. The rates were great, and the job was done well, had no issues so far in last 2 weeks. Only gripe was getting a straight forward response from Zeev was difficult. Had to wait 1 week to get onsite quote and measurement, but during the week, I had no idea when he would call. After paying my deposit, he said it would take a week for the order and install. After 1 week, I called for updates and he responded he'll call me back. He never did, and I had to call back so many times, I lost count. He finally came after another week of waiting and calling every other day for an update. The point being, I know my job is small, he's busy, and my job might not take priority, but I deserve a legit date and time. I don't mind waiting but at least give me a set date. No complaints about the job so far. Took less then 30 mins for the install. Price was less than others, but I did not really shop around. Maybe my experience would have been different if my job was bigger or if they were not that busy.

Dealing with Igor was a pleasant experience. Called around but most places wouldn't do small jobs. One company quoted me nearly doubling what I paid. I supplied the lighting and switch. He arrived on time, did a good job, workmanship was great, had a minor issue after install but he came back next day to fix it. He even patched up the holes while the other company said patch repair would be a separate charge. Lights look great, excellent rates and service. Definately suprised by quality vs. rates, highly recommend.

Our move experience was terrible. Originally scheduled for 2:30pm but we had called repeatedly in advance requesting to move to 2pm instead and they said they'll do their best. Called at 3:00pm for an update and advised we were not happy with the tardiness of the movers. Francis told us to seek another company if did not like their service. I had no choice at that point as most movers could not dispatch in such short notice. Called 3 times for an update and was advised the movers were on lunch from the previous job. The movers finally made it at 3:45pm. To make matters worse, the new home owners showed up expecting to take possession at 4:15pm. Spoke to the movers and they said we were scheduled for 3:30pm appointment. All in all, the experience was a nightmare. The bottom line is, they scheduled appointments with no time in between jobs for the movers. The movers were ok. Please be cautious when anyone from Franis movers schedules a time for you. I would definately not recommend.

I had an Bryant Central AC unit installed. They are authorized Bryant dealers and HVAC licensed. They did a reasonable job, so far no issues. The installers cleaned up afterwards. They were also courteous & finished on time. Pricing was fair. Sales people were helpful and took care of our rebates. Overall pleased with work.
