Our AC system stopped working on Friday,June 26th and needed a replacement. I reached out to Pacific Home Comfort Experts and in a few minutes, they responded right away and gave us clear and good options on which unit would best fit our home. They scheduled the service supposedly in a week’s time ( July 6th) . On Saturday, June 27th, we were informed that they can come in 2 days to replace the AC unit much earlier than we expected. The entire team arrived on time and the unit was replaced in a timely and organized manner. This is the second time we worked with them. The first time was when the furnace was replaced 5 years ago. We are very happy once again with the professional service of the entire Pacific Home Comfort Experts team and will strongly recommend them to family and friends.

We have been pleased with the service provided by Pacific Star especially the excellent service provided by one of their technicians, Baldwin. We purchased a new furnace in Oct. 2015. We arrived at a good decision as to what product and when to replace our furnace through the expertise,honest and helpful advice we received from him. Upon installation, he clearly explained all the important information regarding the product including its energy saving features, warranty and electricity consumption. He also ensured that we received detailed information regarding the mode of payment to the company and the time by which the product and service would be delivered.
