Eleven years with a Golden Retreiver wreaks havoc on cream carpets: skin oils, dirt and most recently blood from her illness. Fred came to take a look and thought it was worth the effort. It was! Fred came promptly on the date/time arranged, put on his cute blue plastic shoe covers and proceeded, with his colleage, to make most of the unsightly stains disappear. (Carpet's just drying as I write but expect it will look better tomorrow). The crew is very polite and three bedrooms and hall went fast. No mess, no muss, no offensive smell of harsh chemicals.
