We used Augusta Movers for a second time to help with our residential move. We were extremely happy with their services. The movers arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to move some heavy furniture without making a single scratch or dent on the walls. They completed the work ahead of schedule and even helped with some additional unexpected items. We hired the guys from Augusta based on the great reviews on this site. We had high expectations and they exceeded them! From the first point of contact to the last wave of goodbye, the experience was professional, courteous and pleasant. All accompanied by a smile. Extraordinary! We had two pickup locations and the guys showed up early and eager to start! They finished the move exactly on the dot as per the quote. We had a number of heavy furniture pieces and were concerned that they will not fit in our new place. Our concerns were unfounded. The guys lifted them to the second floor of our house with not a single scratch on the wall. Everything went smoothly and we let a big sigh of relief at the end for a job well done and money well spent on these guys. I would like make a special mention of the helpful and timely responses by Dinko, the owner of the company, who responded within minutes every time we had an inquiry. Wow!
