Highly recommend Patricio and his team! We completed a full gut renovation of our 3 story detached home. Scope of work included: full gut - existing floors, bathrooms, kitchen, wainscotting etc installation of new floors, bathrooms, fireplace, stair reconfiguration, bulkhead updates, doors, expansion to double doors in the back, new window Patricio and his team remained on time and were extremely dedicated to helping us build our dream home. He was thoughtful and helped us rework a job when we picked the wrong grout colour and took the initiative of moving our toilet a few inches to help centre it in out bathroom space (without us asking) - which illustrated how much he cared about the project as well. With a few shipment delays, he brought his team back after we moved in to help finish off a few pieces to complete the job. We fully trust Patricio and wouldnt hesitate to work with him and his team again!! Erin
