We cannot believe the runaround this company has given us. We hired All Canada to fix a fridge, the first time they came a day later than arranged, there were 2 repairmen. They read the instructions while the attempted the repairs. I feel like such a sucker for letting them continue, and for paying them. I should know by now to never pay in full until I am satisfied with the results. As if the 'reading the instructions' wasn't enough of a sign, they also lit the back of the fridge on fire with the blow torch at one point. They claimed that this was a temporary fix and another technician would be back the following Monday to complete the job with the right part. I won't bore you with the details, but they have since sent several other people, never kept an appointment and still, 7 days later have not fixed our fridge. Is anyone aware of any means of recourse when a company commits so much fraud? obviously, by the comments below, this family knows what they are up to. I looked up their office on Google Maps, and it is a family home in Scarborough. Any suggestions? Thank you!
