Racoons in my chimney. First I had called these guys who charged me $500+ and caught 2 racoons but were unable to put a cap on the chimney! they wanted me to pay to capture more racoons! They brought a ladder that they did not know how to use and was afraid to get on the roof. Frustrated I called 360. He went up on the roof with a ladder with complete ease when the guys from the first company I called were unable to do even with 2 people! Everything he suggested made sense, and he his work is professional indeed. Lesson learned. Get the right people. This is the place. DO NOT call a pest control company but a wildlife control company like 360 if you have racoons.
