Appliance Repairman are HUGE money grabbers who use underhanded tactics to take your money!! We had them come to our home 2 times with no work done, took our money and left us with a broken machine. The second visit the guy told me it was better to buy a new washer than to fix this one, as I pay him almost $400. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Find a better company, shop around.
Arvin and Pezhman tackled a very tricky project in designing the restructure of our almost hundred year old foundation, as well as a substantial (3 level) addition to the back of our home. They approached the project with an honest and straight forward approach, and a strong commitment to meeting our needs while balancing that with the limitations of the project. We were most impressed with how genuinely earnest they were in helping us literally build our dream home. David developed architectural drawings and performed all the foot work for acquiring a full permit package for our project. We came to him with our ideas, and he guided us with his expertise and extensive knowledge. In addition he thoughtfully considered our wants/needs and balanced them with our home's realistic limitations to develop the plans for our dream home. We highly recommend David to anyone!

It’s not surprising that sometimes the process of deign can be a journey spread over several months or as was your case a few years. I expect we can all agree that during this time we had our ups and downs, our challenges and our breakthroughs but even with all of that said, if I had to do it again I doubt I would change a thing.
