Continued followups. Untrained professionals. How ESA gives approvals on the shotty work is beyond me.

Nathan is the absolute best when it comes to a nice and clean job. I've seen some really messy driveway seal jobs in the past, and when I found Nathan a few years back, I knew he was someone I would use on a regular basis. For the aesthetics, we get our driveways sealed annually. For the longevity of the seal, he recommends 1 time every 2 years. That's the other thing, he's super honest and a really nice guy. The attention to detail is fantastic. I have stone that is right beside my driveway, and you always get nice crisp lines every time. Highly recommended! Everyone on my street that I have referred Nathan to has said nothing but great things about his workmanship. Well done!

A company that has stuck around post COVID and is just as reliable and professional as the pre-pandemic service they offered! All I have to say is "WOW"... I wrote a review some time ago after my original installation. Recently, I've found it so hard to get quality workmanship for any sort of maintenance/repairs around the house. I am very picky (admittedly), but this company continues to impress and has not disappointed once. John and Anthony are always able to fit us in within a reasonable timeframe. I've made some adjustments to the system as landscaping needs change. Since they installed the original system, they continue to provide great service for repairs and mods as I need changes made. I know they don't take on repairs for systems they have not installed (my neighbor was in need of some repairs), but to me, that just goes to show their level of quality and how they stand by their installations. You pay for experience, quality parts and a very pleasant staff - all at a fantastic value. Keep up the good work, fellas!

John and crew installed my system last year. I had some landscaping changes done in my front yard after the original installation. I called the office and was quickly scheduled in for John to come do a site visit. I was quoted a very fair price, and the crew came and did the work the following day. The adjustments took a few hours, capping one zone, and adding another. They left everything neat and tidy, just like when they did the original install. Payment was made, and I was a happy camper. They closed out my system in October, which was convenient as I was not home, but had everything ready for them. E-transfer payment options are easy, and involve less coordination. I highly recommend John and crew. See you in the Spring for the opening service!

WOW! I didn't realize that there was this kind of quality and customer support out there. John and his crew were punctual, courteous and so professional. He does the job to perfection and makes sure there is full coverage. No cutting corners. This is my second irrigation system, first from John. You can instantly tell the difference in quality! He called back the next day to make sure everything was working to my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have had the distinct pleasure of having GA Carpentry work on my new home. The renovation includes increasing door frames from standard height to 96”, poplar casings, jambs, baseboards, shoe moulds, backband, etc. The home is a good size, with a lot of moving parts. We had to coordinate different trades (electricians, tapers, painters, etc.) through the last 2 weeks. Gustavo and team have been nothing short of phenomenal. They are passionate about their craft and have a keen eye to detail. I’ve been fortunate having found them to take on my job. We are on a very tight timeline, as school starts in September, and so far, everything has been on track per Gustavo’s timeline. We did encounter some issues (as any reno would), but the problem solving and solutions-oriented approach of the team is to be commended. If you want the best carpentry work in the GTA (and trust me, I’ve used a few companies in the past!), look no further. I would HIGHLY recommend this team of professionals. They are masters at their craft and everyone that comes to our home and has seen the work in progress has said the work is incredible.

I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the past years. Vic and team rank amongst the best of the best across all of the trades I’ve come across. He was super accommodating and made his way over when I needed a quote. I only had a one hour visit to go through a number of items on a house we were going to close on (you’re allowed to go in twice after you sign the papers). He was creative in his approach and provided suggestions that we later actioned. Our project has been broken up into phases and the first phase is now complete (24 potlights, 14 internal outlets, 4 external outlets, hot tub rough-in wiring), with the second phase happening in the upcoming weeks. All of the work was done to exceed our expectations. On top of that, some other contractors we hired ran into some electrical issues, where wires needed to be re-routed. His team made themselves available at very short notice on a Saturday morning, as they knew the work would be hindered otherwise. All work was done to code, and are a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Blue Electric. Keep in mind, a lot of companies use apprentice workers, but the team at Blue Electric only hires fully licenced electricians. It gives me peace of mind that all work is done to code, as well as certified. If you’re looking to get any electrical work done, HIRE THESE GUYS!!

The agreed upon price was fair, and beat out others that quoted the job. The quality of underpad and carpet was also of top quality. Mike is super professional and a very kind person. He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He even offered to help me fix my laminate and install my transition. What a fantastic person to work with - I wish dealing with all my contractors were like Mike. On the day of the job, Mike arrived in time, did the work (and the extra little bit) in under his quoted time. I watch the entire job and he did fantastic work - no cutting corners. Overall, extremely satisfied and will be referring to all friends and family. Keep up the good work Torontonian Flooring!!
