We recently had Legendary Carpentry install a custom fence around the perimeter of our backyard. Ray arrived to give us a quote on the day and at the time promised. His easy-going but professional manner reassured us that we were in the right hands. Our yard had overgrown bushes, small trees, old stumps and a chain link fence that needed to be removed. Ray's crew handled the removal flawlessly and even swept the driveway and walkway prior to leaving for the night. In fact, Ray's crew respectfully cleaned up the debris every night prior to their departure. Ray was mindful and knowledgeable about the bylaws for swimming pools. As a safety precaution, his crew installed a temporary fence surrounding our pool until the boundary fence was completed. This additional safety measure greatly put our minds at ease. Not only is Ray meticulous but he also takes pride in his work. Ray went out of his way to ensure that our custom fence would withstand the test of time and made improvements to our design that would guarantee his workmanship. A few days after completion of the job, we noticed a slight issue with our double gate. Ray immediately responded to our communication and had the gate promptly rectified. We are extremely happy with the beautiful fence, quality of workmanship and fantastic customer service.

In June of this year, we purchased a home that had all of its original windows. After reading the reviews on Home Stars, we decided to contact Casa Bella for a quote on replacing three doors and 11 windows. We were most concerned about quality of installation and price for the job. Our salesman, Nick and Devon came with us on one of our pre-closing visits. They measured the windows and doors, made suggestions to limit cost and offered their expert advice to maximize our view outdoors. At no time, did we feel pressured to "firm" up the job immediately. It was a relief to be able to take our time and make an informed decision. We requested a specific start date for the job and Casa Bella delivered the product on time. The installers were fantastic. They did a professional job with a great attitude and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. Three other renovators have visited our house for various jobs and all have commented on the quality of the window installation. In my opinion, there is no higher praise than that of other fellow colleagues in the construction industry. Thanks Casa Bella for one of the best renovating experiences we have had to date.

Mike and Anthony were straight forward and honest about the difficulty of the job and the cost. They went out of their way to explain alternative (cheaper) options. In the end, we decided to mount the TV above the fireplace. They were polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job and even cleaned up afterwards. Quality service at an affordable price!
