Dave came over and fixed our toilet's leakage problem with great speed and efficiency. All of the parts that were replaced look and work perfectly. Our problem is no more! We were so pleased that our next door neighbour recommended you and that your van was in our neighbourhood when it was. It was all organized superbly from beginning to end. Stephen, the owner of Avery, is an incredibly conscientious, professional person and was very helpful from the moment I first called him through the whole process of moving. His team of movers (we had 4) were very hardworking and careful. We had no damage to our home or valuables and they even helped put together some of our furniture! They were also quick and friendly. Our basement carpet was terribly stained from our two cats, one of whom, urinated in numerous places on the carpet. The carpet cleaner Drago managed to remove virtually all of the stains and appearance of damage. We had another Chem Dry company clean the same carpet two years earlier, and there job was only half as good. We will Metro Chem Dry again without hesitation. He is a carpet cleaning wizard!
