After moving into our new-to-us home, we found one of our two fireplaces didn't work. I called around, and found Acorn heating charged a reasonable per-hour rate, were super customer-friendly on the phone, and could accommodate my hours. Dennis came and did a fantastic job fixing our fireplace, but also showing me how to use both the fireplaces in our place (they are 20+ years old). He diagnosed the problem quickly, was courteous, cleaned-up really well after the job, and i would certainly call Acorn to have him come out again.
