I contacted Maple Carpet to order stair runners for our home. I expected I might get an appointment within the next couple of weeks but a consultation was arranged for the following day. Haneef was very knowledgeable and helped us choose an appropriate style - we were a bit worried about choosing something because we had to find something to match our existing carpet in the basement. Wasn't a problem at all - we easily found a style to meet our needs. Our runners were installed yesterday and they look fantastic. We have several awkward, weirdly shaped stairs but the carpet was cut to match perfectly. We are very pleased! Maple Carpet did an excellent job from start to finish! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and worked within our schedule. Highly recommend!
