The staff are very thorough and open to answering any questions. The packers and movers were clean, polite and efficient. They set down the appropriate runners and kept the house clean and it was raining for half the day! I believe the testament to great character is how you handle the hard times. When packing, a picture frame fell and the glass broke. They called me right away, told me what happened and provided a solution. They repaired it and returned it within quickly. I was VERY satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
