Marlet did an excellent job deep cleaning the rental property before the new tenants moved in. Very thorough and great attention to detail (e.g. moving the oven and cleaning behind it). The condo looked like new. I would definitely recommend Spotless Vibes Cleaning Services.

Windows are of high quality and aesthetic. Joe Rose, the sales representative, was very professional and was able to work with me to come up with the best option. Mo, the installer, is FANTASTIC! He is a perfectionist and treated the job as if it was his own house. I am so happy with the windows and would recommend the Inline team (actually I'm already a repeat customer).

Hired ECOscapes in 2011 to do hardscaping work. Flagstone work, cedar fence, a side gate and a small retaining wall along the front sidewalk. Within the 2 year warranty period the fence was sagging, the heavily reinforced gate ($1k) wouldn't close, the stones in front of the retaining wall was pushed out and the flagstones are moving around. I wrote to the company to notify them of the issues. The owner came by and, in a written email, said they would fix the faulty work. Haven't heard from them since. I've been told by several contractors that the retaining wall was done improperly (there actually is no retaining wall behind the stones which are all loose now and falling apart), the gate was attached improperly and the cedar fence is all warping (sagging downwards in the middle). Their marketing oversells. The quality of work is very poor. I have to have the work done all over again. Hardscaping should not have problems after 1 year. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and look for a contractor elsewhere.

I requested a quote to replace 3 radiator valves and corroded pipes, and to fix the furnace (noise + relief valve leaking too much). Hoerner told me I had to pay for someone to come provide me with a quote. I was told at the very least they would be able to provide me with a description of the problem, what I need done and a quote. I was charged for the visit, then two young, in-experienced guys came, couldn't answer any of my questions, went back to the office and I was sent a quote for $10,230.84 to replace all 11 radiator control valves and bleeders. For the furnace they quoted me for a circulator pump (which I didn't need but that was the only part that I asked about - in other words, they quoted me on work that I asked about, not what I needed). I was so furious!! I should have gotten my money back for the visit as they didn't even do what they said they were going to do for that. I just ignored it all and went to reputable firms. I ended up getting what I needed done for $3k. It's outrageous how they charge for a visit and don't even provide the customer with the correct diagnostic or direction.

Jeffrey is extremely conscientious, ensuring I understood everything fully and helped me to get the door I wanted. He is honest and cared about my budget just as much as I did. Gil did a superb job at installing the system and was very friendly, polite and efficient. It was such a pleasure to do business with them! I wish all businesses could be like this. I highly recommend them!
