From day one I had a great feeling about Stan. He gave quick and reasonable quotes. He spent time answering my questions (and there were a lot of them) with patience. His crew worked efficiently and effectively tearing down, taking away and replacing our backyard fence and deck. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Any "extras" I added to the job were taken care of with a "no big deal" attitude. The crew were friendly, worked very hard and left the site cleaner than it was before showing up. HOT WATER WASN'T WORKING. STAN CAME THE SAME DAY TO FIX IT. HE WAS FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND MADE MY MOTHER IN LAW LAUGH. SUCH A GREAT GUY. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME AND TALK ME THROUGH EVERYTHING HE DID AT THE HOUSE SINCE I COULDN'T BE THERE WHEN HE WAS. A++
I'm always a bit nervous when using the services from a coupon I bought on buytopia but these guys were phenomenal! They came on time. Were all very respectful of my home and family. They made sure to show me what everything looked like before and after the cleaning. Will definitely be calling them back.

I was nervous about all the work that had to be done in my home after speaking with numerous plumbers. Lampert plumbing had the best prices AND customer service. My biggest complaint is about a lot of these trades people acting like they're doing you a favour and not returning calls. I guess they don't need the money! Arthur Lampert always got back to me and took the time to answer any questions I had until I understood. Bob did a great job in the house. He was thorough and made sure the job was done right the first time.
Ken went through every inch of our house and gave us a very detailed report as to what needed work. As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect but he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.
