We had an amazing experience working with Woodbridge Kitchen & Bath on our new kitchen project. That was out first kitchen redesign project and we wanted it to be a Dream Kitchen! We went to multiple kitchen places discussing possible options and were very glad that we decided to work with Woodbridge Kitchen. We had no reference to this company except their presentation on a Home Show. Something “clicked” and we started work with Jaz (the owner) and Charles. First question we asked was “We don’t trust review where we can see 10 out of 10. Who were writing all these reviews? Were these from family and friends, thus there are only 10th?” The answer was: “Our customers. We make everything possible that a customer will have the best experience.” After the project was done, we can certainly say that our experience was above 10, but there is no option to put a higher rating on the system! Jaz and everyone in his company have a great professional experience and people skills. Their ability to listen and translate into the best possible design is very difficult to overestimate – every aspect of the project has been done with a highest level of professionalism. Jaz and Charles gave us very useful suggestions which made us think, preventing from possible mistakes and finally improving kitchen design and functionality (keeping in mind that as a customer, we are very demanding, having our own view on every aspect of a design and not easy in taking somebody’s advice!). You can image our surprise, when we received a call from Jaz asking whether we could agree to re-schedule our new kitchen installation to an EARLIER time (not later!) This is how this company works! Installation was done with the highest quality and was also acknowledged by countertop installers from the Stonecraft Canada (also a great company to work with!!) These days we enjoy our Dream Kitchen every day! Our friends love it! We miss Jaz and Charles as it felt like we were one family during the project time! And… as we miss them, we decided to go with another project – a fireplace mantle. We got it already!! It’s exactly as we imagined it. And now, from our own experience, we have no more questions on how you get 10 out of 10 in all your reviews! Jaz, Charles and the Company – big THANK to all of YOU!!! You are the best from the best!!!
