Left a message for Ronald the day after Hurricane Sandy blew through Richmond Hill, and was pleasantly surprised to have him call back within the half hour, and appear at our door within 2 hours. He replaced a vent that had blown off during the storm and made a minor modification to a troublesome eaves trough situation. Overall we were impressed by his knowledge and efficiency and will keep his card for future work.

We found RAAKSS on Homestars. WE contacted Robbie. He visited and made recommendations, gave us a fixed price to complete the work and a date when he could begin. After the initial visit, he kept in contact by email, responding promptly to our questions. He started the job on the date promised and completed it in the time he said he would. He and his assistant Chris were very pleasant and considerate. Robbie proved to be very competent in all aspects of the renovation process. He took great care with his work and told us to contact him if we had any concerns. Thanks to his guidance and skill we have a bathroom that we are extremely pleased with. We would not hesitate to recommend Robbie or to hire him for further projects. This has been our most pleasant renovation experience.

We came home from a trip to find a nonworking fridge. I called Aubrey on Monday morning. He answered the phone! He said because it was a refrigerator problem he would squeeze me in in the morning and he did. He was patient and courteous. He explained and repaired the problem. His rates were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and would recommend him highly.
