I needed to do a little bathroom renovation. Went into Rona to find a new mirror, and a new bathroom faucet. The mirrors I was able to find on my own, but as for the faucets, I really needed some help. The Rona sales associates came up to me and askd me if I needed any help. Now that was great customer service, instead of having me go and ask, they came up to me and asked if I needed any help.
I needed to buy some tools in order to creat some shelves inside the garage. So I went to Canadian Tire on Danforth, I was being assisted by a very fine young gentleman, an employee at Canadian Tire. He was able to assist me in my purchasing of the tool and bring it to the front for me to pay. Excellent Service
I needed some sealant for the basement washroom so I went to Home Depot to buy some. One of the employees came up to me and assisted in helping me choose the right seals, and also providing me the differnce between each type. Overall it was a better experience compared to the other times.
