Waited over a month for an appointment, had provided them with my full address and suite number, as well as buzz code - only to be told that they don't service condos the day of the appointment, after I had waited the full time for them to show up (and took the afternoon off work.) Shoddy communication - clearly not a trustworthy organization.

not sure of your address but we would never take someones buzz code to enter their home , we would ned the customer to be present
