I had Tracy from TH Maintenance services come over to assess my fix-ups etc. He informed me of his hourly rate and indicated he'll acquire the products required. Well he tackled a broken basement door by sizing it correctly and painting it, a broken door knob on bathroom door was next to replace. Upon completion he started on our bedroom ensuite. The popcorn ceiling was peeling and crumbling so Tracy removed this old finish and primed the ceiling. He then removed the medicine cabinet and proceeded in opening up the wall to run an electrical wire to the new ceiling fan from the switch. This required isolating the gnd/flt. plug from the switch. A further endeavor to crawl through the attic to affix exhaust tubing to the roof vent a warmer day was required to get on the roof to correctly mount and seal this piece. A newly sprayed popcorn ceiling with a new medicine cabinet touched off with fresh wall paint and switch/plug. He then addressed torn gyproc by a door moulding that was jarred loose. Replacement of the door moulding and filling in the torn wall-board and then applying paint to a smooth finish resulting in a clean fresh look again. There were a few paint touch-ups along with a minor wall repair. We had Tracy strengthen a few spindles on our basement railing. Of course the big surprise was the removal of old stairway tiles and replacement with laminate. Very well done and very nice. Tracy was prompt with his arrival times and did as he said he would do, he took pride in his work and we greatly appreciate his efforts.
