I interviewed 5 contractors in last November and I have to say J&Y was the best For example, I asked the question " we would like to change the floor tiles for the kitchen" and Joana's response was " what about the foyer, they should match the same tiles ?" I know this is the contractor that we needed was because of her experience and most importantly her solution and not just about price I would recommend J&Y renovation. You would get the best value of your dollars
