After a lot of research (including homestars fo course!), and several meetings I met Dave from Reliable. He was very straight forward, he gave us detailed descriptions of options for our Furnace and AC replacement. He made several suggestions including some that actually saved us money! Once we made the decision to go with the "made in Canada" Napolean system the guys were there in a few days for the install. Jamie, Ryan and Colin were professional and very conscientious about caring for our home while they worked. The space was very tight for this install, but no complaints from the boys. They were happy to answer all my questions; great guys all around! By 8pm the same day, they were done and the house was left exactly the way they found it. Just in time for Christmas, as promised! Great new stairs, railing and hardwood floors. I found SB Hardwood on HomeStars and contacted Simon who came to the house to discuss the project. Very friendly and professional; that's Simon, Tom and the whole team. The quote was competitive, and we chose SB because of Simon and the reviews on HomeStars. I could not believe the attention to detail they brought to this project; absolutely painstaking approach to doing the job right. The guys arrived on schedule and finished on schedule; despite some complications and custom design which were handled on site. Everyday before leaving, they cleaned up the site so we could go on with our lives. These people are craftsmen, I thought it was a lost art! Our 20 year old home looks on point again!
