Deborah and her team did an amazing job cleaning my house after a first floor renovation (floors, kitchen, washroom, laundry room). We were covered with dust. They cleaned every corner, all base boards, moved stuff and furniture where they could and used any requested cleaning products I asked for. The three women worked the entire day without stopping. I was very happy with their work and would recommend their services.

He has been very professional, flexible, reasonably priced and is very knowledgable. The jobs he has done have been to add and move outlets in my kitchen, installing 9 light fixtures and pulling wire for new undercounter lighting. He works quickly, accommodates our schedule, is honest, neat and clean and provides various options that vary in price, not always the most expensive solution, to help us make decisions. He also gave us advice on where to look for lighting fixtures. We have a number of additional electrical projects that need to be done and will definitely be calling him back and will recommend him to family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

After receiving quotes from a variety of flooring and stair contractors, my husband and I chose to go with TFC Flooring. We had a big job of replacing all carpets with hard wood on 2 sets of stairs and complete 2nd floor, 4 bedrooms. Keen was very knowledgable and willing to share his expertise with us. He answered all of our questions, gave us lots of tips on purchasing quality wood and was very concerned about doing the job correctly, meeting building code and creating a beautiful product. He and his brother Zaman worked to keep to the estimated time frame and within the quote. They were very patient while we were having trouble choosing wood and did their best of creating a custom stain that we liked. They even worked through the cold when our furnace died part way through the job, no complaints or stoppage in work. The floor installers were very fast and did a quality job. We are very happy with our final product and Keen's high attention to detail. His goal is to keep his customers happy and he tries his best to accommodate requests or concerns.
