John did a great job inspecting our home prior to purchase. He took his time and was very thorough. He explained everything to me as we went along. I now have a good understanding of the condition of the home and what maintenance will be needed in the future. He found lots of defects that would never have found on my own. I am very glad that I had John do the inspection.
