Replaced our furnace when it broke down. Scott was informative and helpful when I first called. Reasonable quote and his guys came to do the job the next day on a Saturday. Their office went online to register my manufacturer warranty for me the next business day (I had already done it myself) but I was impressed how quickly they were on it, a sign of good after sales service. Overall positive experience.

Nico was very informative when doing the initial assessment, answering all my questions and providing a fair quote. The repair job looks good. The guys had some minor trouble when digging and damaged the Rogers cable causing us to lose internet for a little while but they hurried to Home Depot to pick up parts to repair that and were apologetic. They also weren't able to save the one shrub I had asked to save, explaining that the roots were too deep although that didn't necessarily appear to be the case. They cleaned up well when all done and overall positive experience.

Have had Hometurf provide service for past few years. I live on a corner lot and thanks to some neighbours who don't treat their lawn it all blows my way and the weeds keep coming back, but Hometurf honours their promise and re-sprays when necessary to keep things in check.

This is my 2nd year with Hometurf. Service is decent although the spring application both years was a little late so weeds had already gotten wild. Once they apply the weed kill, they wilt right awat.. until new ones pop up in summer. Am hoping that over time the weeds will reduce overall.

Ryan did our roof last fall. We got a 7-8 quotes and his price was mid-range and seemed fair. He was very transparent and didn't try to up-sell like some companies did, and was very informative... taking pictures to show during the quote and during the job and explaining anything I asked about. We got a good vibe from Ryan and I checked a few nearby jobs he had done and feedback was positive too, although the jobs were recent (last couple years). It took a day and a half to finish so was slightly behind schedule but no problem other than the trash dumpster being in our driveway and extra day so we had to double check for nails ourselves. Overall no issues with roof so far, we were happy with the service and have recommended to a couple friends.

We bought 1500sf hardwood oak (plus other materials for the installation). Good product at ok price. Nick was nice to deal with. They do not install, but set us up with one of their contractors (Adam from AA Flooring). His work was alright, but we needed him to come back to fix up some flaws, which he did. Labour cost was ok (excluded from total below) but we also had him refinish our stairs and that was on the higher side compared to others and the initial finish was quite rough. Adam was responsive and we are satisfied with the end product now.

Nice product. We ordered a sofa and loveseat. Adrian was very helpful at each contact: in store, on delivery, and also quickly resolved a minor issue (slightly damaged leg) when we noticed it a few weeks after receiving it. Thanks Tom and Adrian, we will gladly refer our friends your way in the future!
