Kevin or Salesperson for always being there for us whenever we had a concern or question. He helped us a lot from day 1 when we walked into the showroom and didn't have a clue as to what we were doing, looking for or what we might be getting ourselves into since we had never done anything like this before. He always made things right and didn't mind if we called a lot (Kevin always returned our calls on a timely basis) and made us feel that he was there for us no matter what. The Sink and Faucet look so good and we love the under counter lighting.
Melissa, thanks for putting all the scheduling together and keeping everything on time without any delays to us.
To the guys from Latitude, they did a fantastic job installing our counter-top for us and were very cordial while in our home.
An especially big THANKS goes out to Rob the installer, he did such a great job installing the cabinets, the back-splash (they look amazing) and for all the other things he did like moving our plumbing, adding onto the Bulkhead for us where needed and putting up the Crown Moulding. Our kitchen would not look like it does if not for him and the attention to detail that he put into everything he did. Our neighbours love the transformation.
