I agree that there should be a negative star option. Companies like Losani worth a Zero or negative stars I was hoping actually to have read these reviews before purchase maybe it was to help me not to buy from this builder at all Please if you are still thinking , don't buy from them at ALL misleading and fake advertise , when it comes to the construction worse materials and not building the houses as per the site plan at their website they replaced the Wood fence that was supposed to be done with a chain link very low customer service after purchase, even the warranty, they are not matching the minimum level I had a hardwood broken part that was reported in my forms and they didn't wat to fix it, they tried to bribe me with spare hardwood parts and to fix it myself and then they said, this part is out of stock ,... and finally when I insisted to fix it, they did it very bad and made the parts around it squeezing and broken as well ,...
