Rafi is an excellent plumber, of that there is no doubt. However, he is also very expensive. He came to provide a quote and wanted to complete the job on the spot, so I hired him without seeking other estimates. In addition to a high hourly rate, he even charged me a hefty amount for the material he used to cover my floors to keep them clean. Those materials are the cost of doing business for trades and should not be downloaded to the client at a markup. I was shocked by the final bill, which was more than I expected; he was unable to provide me with an estimate in advance because he didn't know how long the job would take. If budget isn't an issue, I'd recommend this company as they do good work. But that comes at a cost.

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a trade. The work was done neatly and well, in a quick time frame. Even better, Mario stood by his work and warranty; when we had some more leaking at a later date, he came and did a water test to check his work. He revised a small part of the job (even though it might not have been necessary) and recommended another tradesperson to fix the source of the water, which wasn't a foundation crack this time. Highly recommended!!

We had Dino install exterior railings in the front and back of our house; he also installed our interior railings a couple of years ago and we called him again because we were satisfied with the work. Overall, they did a good job. It did take a long time to receive the railings, but they look beautiful. There were a couple of small issues with the installation, but I trust that they will be fixed because they deferred payment until they come back to take care of things.

We have been with TMC for almost 3 years and just renewed our contract. Overall, we are satisfied, but we find the service is sometimes hit or miss; for example, we do not always receive a phone call after a false alarm or after a power failure. But they are so much cheaper than the other companies we considered that we just haven't made a change.

Not only was Mario's quote was 1/3 to 1/2 less than the next cheapest one I received, but his crew also did an outstanding job. Mario explained everything that needed to be done in detail and had excellent communication with me. He was able to squeeze me in on fairly short notice and then called in advance to notify me when an unavoidable delay required that we reschedule. He rebooked me for only a few days later, and the crew showed up right on time. They did the work extremely quickly. The crew was polite and professional, and they left the job site very tidy when they were done. They went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I really am impressed by the whole experience. Sometimes the principle of "you get what you pay for" is true, but not in this case: With MMT you pay so much less you would with another company and get a truly outstanding job!
