Can't say enough great things for Drain Domain/Billy and his crew. After a sewer backup, we searched for quotes and Drain Domain responded instantly. Billy came out right away and assessed the issue. We discovered it was much worse. Billy and his team work diligently to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They were concerned about salvaging carpet and tile and were extremely respectful of my home. Billy came after hours and was quick on phone and text responses. Again, I can't say enough great things. Hire Billy and his team with confidence. They take pride in what they do, they care and I won't hesitate to refer and/or call Billy in future! After a bad appliance delivery in winter left my basement carpets stained, I needed a professional to come in. Mohamad's quote was not only extremely reasonable but he was thorough, helped move items in the basement and was extremely efficient and great. They were also great at communicating arrival times. I called Envirotech when I discussed potential mold issues in one of my attics. Jamie quickly responded and came and began remediation immediately in both of my attic spaces. Jamie and his team were great at explaining the issues, advising the remedy and most of all providing me guidance as to the reason for the problem (negligence of another contractor hired to install insulation). He was extremely communicative both by phone and by text and has been supportive post-work done. The guarantee of the work is also a huge plus and one to be considered when hiring with this company. Nothing but awesome professionalism and help from the guys at Penney's Roofing & General Contracting. Matt originally quoted me in Fall of 2019 and we elected to complete the roof in Spring 2020. Matt was always thorough with follow-ups and great to communicate with. The team is prompt and clean up was amazing. Matt sent a lot of photos to show the progress of the work done and truly went above and beyond. We had a previously poor roofing job done and Matt new how badly we were treated. Update: April 2021 - Matt & his team continue to be amazing professionals. I've had some others that indirectly related to the roof. These guys are consummate professionals. I contacted Hatten Masonry back in Fall 2018 to discuss a Spring 2019 Job. Dan was quick to provide a quote, follow up and have me scheduled for early April. We were scheduled in for Early April as discussed and the follow thru was amazing. On time, on budget and was even able to complete an extra job by taking down an old chimney stack and match existing siding on the home. I can't say enough great things about Dan and his team and their high level of skill, competency and thoroughness. Dan has even been back to check on the work and correct some very minor items. Thanks again to Dan and the whole team at Hatten Masonry! Update - May 2020 - I've had two very small minor issues in nature.
