We discussed this issue at our home, and in view of the evidence previously mentioned, decided that we should take some action. A search of the Internet disclosed a local company that specializes in this work. They are named: DUST CHASERS Quality Air Duct Cleaning Services we set up an appointment with Dust Chasers and their team came to our condo with all the necessary equipment We only had to arrange for elevator access and supply power for their vacuums and a place to wash the filter vents. There was only a minimum of furniture rearranging around the AC units and the team (2 Men) completed the work in 3 hours. During the work time I documented the activities and photographed the problem areas.
