Lorenzo always made time for us. Whether it was on site estimates or calling him with questions. Him and his brother installed our A/C in no time and even handled a couple of items (thermostat install and hot water tank service). These guys are now my go to HVAC guys. Kim was a pleasure to deal with as well :)
