Knowledgeable and great service
My blind end cap broke off while in operation due to age and exposure to sunlight for 7 years. The end cap on my blind model also has pins to hold the entire blind assembly. I contacted Nick and booked an appointment for 2 days later. He arrived and immediately looked at the problem, went to his car, grabbed a few spare parts and replaced the assembly. On top, he also replaced the clutch mechanism along with the cord which makes the blind so much easier to operate. Greatly recommended.
