They removed the old asphalt and repaved. They have a full crew and all of the equipment to do the job right. They put down a good thick layer of hot asphalt and left everything clean. They did 3 houses on the street today and have 3 more to do. I'd recommend them any time.

I originally questioned all of the positive reviews that seemed to start with "Sam showed up ...Sam did this Sam did that....." I was a bit suspicious of phony reviews, BUT....... Sam showed up closer to 12 than 2 in the 12-2 window we talked about. He called 30 minutes before as I'd asked. He started by cleaning my AC (in the midst of a bunch of weeds, some of those with thorns) with a garden hose - he was right in there and not afraid to get dirty. He quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty capacitor, which got the ac running again. (and replaced all of the contacts on the wires) He then serviced the furnace and cleaned it same visit when I asked. Great service, very professional, and takes pride in his work (not a lot of others would have taken the time to replace the contacts on the wires). He'll be my go to Toronto HVAC guy from now on. The reviews are true!

Steve provided a thorough and unrushed inspection of the property. We sat down following the inspection to discuss the major issues. A 130 page report complete with pictures and explanations followed. The use of infrared was extremely helpful. With it a leak was identified that wasn't visible by just looking underneath the sink (even with the water left running for a significant amount of time). The amount paid for the inspection was money well spent.

John was onsite bright and early getting a head start outside. He was very thorough going through this small 7 unit apartment building, and seemed to genuinely care when he found safety concerns. He provided practical advice and seems like a genuinely good guy. I'd use Elite again without a second thought.

I met with Adrian, the owner, and several other companies. I liked Adrian - felt like I could trust him and that he was offering good advise / ideas and at a good price. The installers were all very professional and worked hard to get the job done in one day (it was an oil to gas conversion, so a bit more time consuming than a standard job). Adrian, the owner, came by several times through the install. They did a great job, and I'm very happy with the new system.
