This is a copy of the e-mail to Mike this morning - might as well share it as could not say it better here than what I said to him directly. "Just wanted to express my thanks for what you did and the time you took yesterday on my "stuff". It was very very helpful and I appreciate you going outside your normal customer base to service an old retired pensioner. It was a pure delight to have you both here and have the conversations that we did. You, and how you conduct your business, is a credit to your chosen craft. The impression you make in today's society is remarkable. You should be proud of how you do business but also what you did (and are going to do) for me." Mike was here a little over two hours. His expertise shown in that time was remarkable. His manner of dealing with you is like dealing with an old friend. I know nothing about this stuff and yet he never spoke down to me in our conversations about what we should achieve. He is coming back to finish this projct once a new part comes in. I can't wait to have him here again.
