gave them contract to kill weeds in the garden. made few visits and weed was still there. there visit is were at different times so never could meet a a technician. called and complained and was told someone will come and have a look. someone came left a sheet of paper and that was it. problem still not solved. called and told them will not renew next year so they said will send manager. asked them to have the manager call me and schedule appointment so that i could talk to him. again he came and visited without informing. left a paper in my mailbox telling me he came and could not meet me as i was not home. told me weeds are there and we will remove them next year. so not using them again.
