Took the no from a signe on my neighborhood, spook to Vince, sales agent, he came in to my place and I asked him if they do wood shutters, that was early in December, he was trying to sale me vinyl shutters, I didn't want vinyl shutters so he told me that he will do me the wood shutters, he stated that his father is the owner of this factory, not sure how true was that, on the installation date (almost after one month) I received a call from the customer service asking me about some detailes, I noticed there is some thing wrong when I was talking to the customer service, after few days of calling I found out that they don't do wood shutters, I was very disappointed because the shutters was to be for my new house and My plan was to get the shutters installed right away when I am moving, I asked them to send me my deposit back and they told me that the sales agent will not be in my area therefore I have to go myself to pick up my deposit, finally I went to pick up the deposit from the office I requested to meet the manager but she refused to meet me. Can't trust such business when they are not honest with customers, I don't recommend any one to buy from them based on my personal experience.
