I contacted TTT looking for a quote to repair and re-slope a section of our eavestrough as well as a cleaning. Their office was pleasant to deal with and provided a detailed quote that included a description of the proposed work along with and itemized cost breakdown. It was great to see such transparency from a contractor in this regard. At the time, the city was going through a period of heavy rains, so it did take about 3 weeks before a crew could finally come to site - understandable. The crew they sent were friendly, professional, and communicated with us through the whole process. Great work TTT!

Emailed Aleks with a last minute request to help repair a wiring issue we were having with our condo's lighting and outlets. He responded within minutes and was able to come in the next day. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and changed out all the problematic switches and repaired a wiring issue caused by the original builder. One of the outlets was acting up a week later and Aleks came by to check the issue but wouldn't charge us for the second visit. Reliable, honest, and a pleasure to do business with.
