Couldn't be more satisfied with work and the service Ian provided today. He replaced the outside vent, cleaned the duct and replaced the botched up dryer duct installation. He charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. Highly recommend.

Our furnace stopped working and the house temperature went down to 58 degrees F. Mathew quickly diagnosed the problem, left to get the part and returned promptly. We now have heat 2.5 hours after he first arrived. The cost would have been $1,000 if I hadn't of had the monthly protection plan.
