I've used them twice in my condo in Vancouver. I really like the professionalism and service. They show up on time, and the formula for their cleaner seems to smell nicer. They also don't try and add extras when charging you.
They were helpful in analyzing my needs and suggesting the right combination of hanging options. I found them professional and reliable. I had a small space to work with but they were able to maximize my storage space.
I had a great experience with this company. They came out and measured, stuck to their estimate, and when I wanted to change the side of the pull chains, they came right out again and did it. Great customer service and the blinds look great.
Painting and Ceiling re-texturing
William, the Owner, was great. Showed up right on time for the estimate and the job itself. Very committed to doing a great job. Helped me in choosing paints and did the very tough job of taking popcorn off my ceiling to smooth it out. The paint job was perfect and he came back to finish the baseboards after the floor was put in. This guy is a great painter!
Installed Hardwood Floors and Carpet
I ordered their "sale-priced" wood and carpet and it looked great. Their installer showed up on time and did a great job on the install. Only negatives--your place ends up a bit dusty and their are extra charges for moving your appliance etc. so make sure you discuss that up front. All in all, thought, quality work at a good price.
Richard, the owner was great from the first time I called him. He confirmed everything by e-mail. No surprises on price. He and his crew were right on time (actually early) and did an amazing job. Smooth, no damage to anything, and very efficient. My best moving experience!
