We wanted to purchase the Pergola we saw in an ad for Boss Leather. Ralph not only held the pergola until our architect could come to see it to ensure it would fit, but made a special delivery late in the evening to ensure it got to our location when he said it would. A very refreshing approach for a business owner to produce what he said he would. We will be going back for his wonderful leather furniture too!
