Andrew from Canada Water Proofers came out to my dads house to look at the area where water was leaking into the basement. Not only did he showed up on time, he called 30mins before hand to say hes on his way. Andrew assessed and examined the area thoroughly. He provided me with great advice and information. And as it turned out we didnt require waterproofing. And he didnt try sell/insist on doing any work we didnt need. Instead he provided and shared info, knowledge on what are the possible issues causing water going into basement.

I wanted to support a local/small business and I found Elite Sign Company. Tanya was responsive, helpful, and answered my questions at the beginning. The moment she got the deposit (full amount of sign price) things changed. Excuse after excuse... installer had medical problems, death in the family... all sorts of excuses and frankly very unprofessional! I have tried numerous times to reach out to get an update and kept getting the runaround. Now all the numbers I have are disconnected. I have placed an official report to the police. And will probably never get my money back nor the sign.
