Canaan Landscaping did a great job! We are really happy our new lawn and the grading issues we had are all gone. I've already recommended them to people I know that are looking for landscaping companies.

Mario and his crew did an excellent job! The work was completed about 9 months ago and our basement has been bone-dry ever since. These are hard working people: Not only did they dig around the whole house by hand, but they also got removed an overgrown evergreen bush that covered a 25' wall' an old 20'/12' deck; and roughly 30 3'/3' patio stones.

This is a no-nonsense company. I had other companies come in to give me a quote and try to up-sell me on all sorts of nonsense like spray foam insulation for my attic, or wrapping the exhaust pipes from the bathroom fan, and the kitchen fan (both were already wrapped). Zenic wasted no time. He asked me for the square footage of the attic and gave me a price over the phone, which was quite comparable to another quote I had received minus the unnecessary add-ons. Zenic Showed up on time; completed the job; did a great job of cleaning up after it was all done, and stuck with the quoted price. The house has been much warmer too!

Shawn and his crew were excellent with regards to every aspect of this project. During the initial stages of obtaining a quote, Shawn listened carefully to what we needed, and made suggestions for the details (such as where the new water meter could be placed...etc) During the actual installation, Shawn and his crew worked very hard to not only get the job done, but to not track dirt throughout the house as they carried pieces of the old cement floor. His crew worked extremely well as a team. There was no wasting of time, his crew was very friendly and polite, and they left the house spotless. After the install was inspected and basement floor was re-cemented, Shawn took the time to talk me through the process of replacing the water meter with a 1" to 1" meter which has to be done through the City of Toronto (also known as the worst website in the world), and through the process of obtaining a rebate for the "Back Water Valve". I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Our aging A/C did what all aging A/Cs do on hot humid days...Stopped working. I checked the breaker, changed the batteries in the thermostat, checked for loose cables and got nowhere. The unit outside, wouldn't spin, or make a sound. Turned out to be a simple short in a wire. Had it it fixed in no-time. I'll be keeping this number.

I always call Aubrey, when ever I have an issue with an appliance. Our new house came with an aging dryer which stopped working 6 weeks after we moved in. The machine would spin but wouldn't generate heat to dry clothes. Aubrey fixed it and it's been working ever since. no problems

It is without any hesitation that I recommend Vitaliy Simonyans and his crew at VCS. Last summer I made appointments with three other companies that were at the top of the homestar list for this category for this same job. One company outsourced the quote to a guy without any references, the other company was way overpriced, and the company that gave us the third quote never returned emails or phone calls. This year we found Vitaliy. Vitaliy did an excellent job right from the beginning. He was on time for for our scheduled quote; he patiently helping us choose colours; and he helped us come up with some creative solutions to avoid having one of our down spouts emptying on to our driveway. The day we had scheduled the work to be done had to be one of the hottest we had seen this summer. This didn't slow him down. He was early, and worked straight until the job was done. Vitaliy made sure that all of the details that we had asked for were done. Leaf guards, rain barrel, redirecting water not simply replacing the inadequate Eavestrough that we already had. My wife and I have two small children who love to run around the backyard in their bare-feet, and Vitaliy made sure that there were absolutely no pieces of aluminum left on the lawn. Complete attention to detail.

Aubrey knows his stuff. Don't bother with anyone else. He knew what was wrong just by the description I gave him over the phone. He replaced the seal and the locking mechanism, and the machine has never run better.
